Saturday, August 4th is Rib Cook-Off day.

Check-in and Meat Inspection: 6:00-7:00 am.
Mandatory Cooks Meeting:  8:00 am.

Judging begins at 3:00 pm:

Chicken - 3:00pm
Pork - 4:00pm
Anything Butt - 5:00pm
Awards Presentation - 6:00pm

Public rib feed from 5-7pm.
